Hello friends and welcome to my site. My name is TOMS and I’m an enthusiast of all things health and fitness. I’m a personal trainer who prioritises a holistic approach to health and helping others achieve their fitness goals. I do this by tailoring my programs to suit each client including aspects such as nutrition, active rest, animal flow and mobility as well as exercise. 
Over time I’ve expanded and continue to expand my knowledge of the human body, which will allow my client’s the advantage of dynamic training programs. With these tools, I have been able to build a loyal clientele and helped them achieve fantastic results.

Having spent a lot of time at the gym years ago, I’ve sporadically looked after my fitness since becoming a mum usually as part of a group bootcamp.
What I struggled with was it being just that - for the group. Having only one hand meant that some sessions were a waste. With Toms everything is completely tailored, which you would expect from a personal trainer but he goes further than that. He makes sure that whilst there will be exercises where I push myself on one side it isn’t to the detriment of the other - he balances the workout in really inventive ways to keep my arm strength equal. Not once have I had to say ‘I can’t do that’ which is incredibly liberating.
The sessions are always varied and Toms is a great motivator to getting you to do things you maybe thought you couldn’t.
